RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Relay (Agentic Tooling). Built Relay, a two-agent handoff system for Claude Code that batches long-running tasks across context window limits without manual intervention, handling hundreds of tasks depending on complexity and user needs. Shipped as a Claude Code plugin with full installation, testing, and permission documentation.
New Orleans Musicians’ Union, Web Developer (Contract).
- Diagnosed and repaired an inherited, failing WordPress system, resolving 3 CSS conflicts and 7 plugin compatibility issues and adding automated backups, a stability-and-process overhaul that made the site recoverable.
- Modeled payment-platform tradeoffs (cost, member autonomy, compliance) and translated the analysis into a board-level recommendation, ceding the final decision to stakeholders.
Icebreaker Forms (Automation). Built an n8n automation for immigration intake that parses form submissions, routes users across legal document pathways, and auto-populates PDFs, collapsing a multi-step manual process into one submission. Validated the document logic with Union Migrante volunteers; currently refactoring data handling for compliance before deployment.
Let’s Geaux (Full-Stack). Built the itinerary UI feature in a 4-person Agile team, cutting user clicks on that flow by 40% by letting users save activities directly instead of copy-pasting.
Talkin’ About It, Web Developer (Contract). Designed and shipped a three-page responsive site for a mental-health podcast, owning delivery from AI-assisted mockup through live production deployment (talkinaboutit.com); retained for ongoing maintenance.
